Order placed the day before received the next day, fast and efficient. My dog seems to appreciate them, my cats are a bit more mixed. The smell of the kibble is pleasant, but they seem too big for cats and small dogs, the diameter of the kibble needs to be reviewed.

Many cats reject foods they are not used to, this is called cat neophobia. To avoid this problem, it is recommended to carry out a dietary transition, it may take longer than the recommended duration. The secret is to persevere! Regarding the size of the kibble, if they are too large, you can moisten them to make them easier to chew.

I have always found it strange to give cats kibble based on beef, chicken, etc. I have never seen a cat hunt a cow... there are always plenty of ingredients that we never really know what they are. Tomojo is ecological and we preserve animals even if we kill insects. It’s better than nothing. I mix Tomojo with vegan kibble. Our cats love this mix and they are in great shape. Thanks to the creators of Tomojo.

Extremely satisfied with the kibble AND the customer service. Teams that are more than attentive, very professional. It's quite rare to be significant. A small downside on the GLS delivery service which has been a disaster for months. Unprofessional delivery people. It might be worth considering changing companies.

Kibble delivered on time, recyclable packaging (which is not the case with many other brands with beautiful thick plastic bags), a product that seems to be of quality (the dogs love it) and the simplicity of choice (some brands have a kibble for each size, weight, age, type of dog... As always, I am very satisfied with the speed of delivery, the quality of the packaging and of course the product itself. The quality of the kibble seems excellent, my dog loves it and her weight remains stable, and she is in shape despite being 15 years old!
