I switched to Tomojo kibbles after my cat was sterilized and he loves them even though he was quite picky until now (a little bonus, they don't smell strong at all)! And he also loves the MOUSH treats :)

I ordered from Tomojo paying an extra fee to get my order quickly. I was only informed several days later that the stock was depleted. Fortunately, I received a full refund of the shipping costs, which I found very honest. I would have appreciated being informed of the delay on the day of my order... My cats enjoyed their kibbles but I am worried about the carbohydrate content...

We didn't have any previous problems with our cat, we were just looking for a more eco-friendly alternative to his food and the Tomojo concept was super interesting so here we are, our cat loves it (but he's not picky), his stools are normal, fur normal, all good, and I've also noticed that his breath has improved a lot!! Very good value for money and delivered on time.

Update following Tomojo's response: "We have no problem with negative reviews, there are many on our trust pilot page and if we tried to find the author of your review..." You really have to search for those negative reviews... Moreover, you surprisingly do not do any research on positive reviews. "Regarding the -10% on 5-star reviews, we haven't done that since 2019," In July 2019 it was still current... "if we tried to find the author of your review it's simply because there was no order number associated." I'm not the one asking for an email to give a review after an order, so there is indeed a link. Here the reviews look a lot like those on Amazon, unlike Verified Reviews, which are much more serious. Just read the reviews, especially US ones, on Twitter..."Looks like they are deleting a lot of reviews too. Don't trust the Pilot." ------------------------ The balance and quality of the main macronutrients (carbohydrates, fats, and proteins) are average but nothing more. Proteins only represent 28% and fats 15% while carbohydrates are at 41%, due to the use of potato starch, which is way too high for my taste. Potato starch has a high glycemic index and low nutritional density. The kibble also contains organic sunflower oil which has an unfavorable omega-3 to omega-6 ratio. There is also an "animal protein hydrolysate." This ingredient is controversial since its origin and therefore its quality are unknown. Also, the composition of the kibble shows a starch concentration estimated at 22%...??! I regret some marketing choices on the product packaging, with ingredients whose nutritional utility can be questioned like plant cocktails or the use of the word beet to refer to a by-product (beet pulp). In short, an interesting proposed alternative but which still requires many improvements. PS: Apparently the Tomojo team accepts praise for their product (see my first feedback) but does everything to delete my second review which they don't seem to appreciate. Quite pathetic as an attitude. ?? These ladies should learn to accept customer feedback. One better understands the number of positive reviews now... especially upon receiving this type of message, come on 5 stars and -10% on your next order. ?? Given the success of the first pack bought for my chihuahua, I recommend! The kibble is a bit big, but he loves it!

My two cats are turning their noses up at the kibbles even though I followed the instructions by mixing two-thirds with one-third, my cats jumped on it right away and then they vomited everything, since then they don't want any more, I have since added other kibbles to the mix but they are demanding to eat, they are hungry! I will persist because I am convinced that this food is healthier and more eco-friendly.

Saw this advertised on Instagram, and while the product and website is all in French I easily managed to order a bag of cat food which arrived at my U.K. flat the next day. I was very impressed with the shipping. Ingredients are listed in English on the bag and my cat seems to like the food! I tend to feed him a mixture of different cat food brands so this is an interesting and healthy addition to his dry cat food mix. Really like the product. One suggestion: if you're advertising to an English market it might be a good idea for the website and emails to be in English. Luckily I studied French for a long time so I'm happy to engage, but not all Brits may feel the same.

Excellent service from this company and my dog really enjoys this product. More expensive than our usual but it is not bulked up with low quality content like many dog foods are. I like to feel that, even in a small way, my dog and I are contributing to protecting the environment, too.

Dogs are happy. And yet I switched from homemade food to kibble because I have an allergic dog (hot spots). By the way, if you have a dog that has recurring hot spots, supplement with omega 3: impressive results, no more hair loss or hot spots. I took a small bag to test it and since it went well, I switched to a subscription. Well-balanced product. A team that listens, good exchanges. I recommend!

My golden loves it, this kibble suits him perfectly, being fragile his stomach and intestines have also validated it, his transit has been perfect since. Plus, personally, I find that this kibble smells so good of Provence herbs... Okay, I also tasted one, out of curiosity, and seriously it was good! I am vegetarian and I find it important to feed my dog properly, without cereals, etc... After a move, I couldn't find a store to buy his old kibble, I wanted to try this new solution whose principles I like a lot and I am happy with it.
