Hello, regarding the service I am disappointed that: I changed my credit card, which I did on the site as soon as I received the new one. My account is on a subscription order and that's where everything starts, the new card is not recognized, message about the situation, I go to the site, my account/my payment methods, and nowhere on the site do I find the problematic situation of the unrecognized card, no possibility to validate the payment. I had to place an order (of course without the subscription order advantage!! the most frustrating part of the situation is that the next day I receive a message informing me that my (subscription) is validated I will therefore receive 2 packages of 12 kgs. Is this business??

I was subscribed to another brand of insect-based kibble but that one stopped producing the cat kibble range. Looking for another brand of cat kibble that closely resembles the previous brand (with similar ingredients), I came across Tomojo ?? and let me tell you that I am not disappointed ?? My cats, tamed or not, always loyal to the kibble, one or two in the mix of kibble and pâté. They are in good health. On my side, I appreciate the good functioning of the subscription, the bag that we can easily roll up as we go and especially the fact that the kibble in the bowls remains appetizing for the cats even after days in the air. They choose supermarket kibble if they have the chance, cleverly crafted smell I suppose, but they abandon it as soon as it is aired out. My house cat has a bowl on a window that he sometimes occupies at night, I fill it every ten or fifteen days. Time and money saver.

Nothing to say about the kibble, but when the packages are entrusted to GLS, there are too often delivery problems. My last order is lost! This is very problematic for one of my cats who suffers from allergies. I have a subscription with Tomojo since 2020, but I will now look for an alternative to ensure I don't run out of kibble and avoid financial losses!

Fifteen days ago I alerted the Tomojo company about the fact that I had mistakenly ordered a 12 kg bag of kibble and wanted to cancel the delivery. Indeed, I had subscribed last September but could not connect to my customer account (my email address not being recognized), I thought I had to place another order. Result: I received a 12kg bag last Saturday and now another 12kg bag is on its way... Impossible to store it at my place. And Tomojo's customer service refuses to cancel the order... So you have to be very careful with orders!

MiMi is eight years old and she is in great shape. She easily accepts her food, she behaves like a real cat. Her diet consists of Tomojo, some Minipoissons Joels that she loves, and occasionally a little treat (more "classic").
