We do our best to respond quickly, but it can happen that some exchanges take a bit longer, especially when we request technical elements from our quality teams ??

Our kibbles are 15 mm in diameter and suitable for most dogs, but we understand that some dogs with smaller jaws may have difficulties. The size is always indicated on our site to help you choose the product best suited to your companion.

As I mentioned in my email, it was an oversight on our part, which we corrected as soon as you informed us. You can see on our website (especially in our FAQ) that we do not hide the presence of hydrolyzed animal proteins in our kibble, it is indicated in all our product sheets. There was no bad intention on our part and I am sorry that you took it that way, even after seeing the response to your email.

Our treats are more expensive than average because insect protein is 4x more expensive than traditional meat. Moreover, the presence of cereals allows the treats to have a better texture, provide fibers (to improve digestion and facilitate transit + give better volume to stools) and proteins and trace elements/vitamins like iron for example.

If your cats didn't like the one without cereals, I can send you samples of our sorghum kibble to see if they prefer this one! Indeed, some kibbles display very high rates (40-45%) but your animal has a hard time assimilating them, the final result is a poor protein rate... We have chosen to put less protein, but of a superior quality, so that your animal assimilates it 100%.
