I met Tomojo through my boss who also had a cat with hair loss problems. Since I started giving Tomojo to my cat, his fur is starting to grow back while the veterinary treatment did nothing... It just served to suck my cat dry. I am very very happy with these new kibbles. My cat is finally healing. Thank you for creating these insect-based kibbles. The delivery is fast. Tomojo saved my 32 kg standard American Bully, aged two and a half years. He had food and environmental allergies, and in a month, nothing! No more recurring ear infections! No more monthly vet visits! In short, a relief for him and me! The ingredients are impeccable, the insect proteins are perfect! No hormones or anything else. He has been eating it for a year, the delivery is fast, the 12 kg bag is perfect, the price too! So, thank you!

Hello everyone! The kibbles are really good kibbles appreciated by my adorable French bulldog. He has very nice stools, much fewer allergies. I recommend them! However, there is one issue, not minor!!! It has been 3 months since I started buying them and the price keeps increasing. The increases are significant!

For subscriptions, the first order is at -20%, then the following ones at -10%, which may explain a perceived difference. The adjustment that occurred in May is due to the rise in raw material, manufacturing, and transport costs, which impacts the entire supply chain. We do our best to limit these changes. The kibbles are of good quality, my dog likes them. However, the delivery, Chronopost changed my chosen relay point without explaining why or asking for my opinion... it's just a 12kg bag after all... Regarding the kibbles, the bag looks very 'budget', we regret the lack of airtight/resealable closure especially at the price per kg and given the daily openings and closings (we all have tape and other clothespins).

For the delivery, we are sorry for this inconvenience. The choice or modification of the relay point can sometimes be imposed by the carrier (saturation, temporary closure, logistical constraints), and this unfortunately remains independent of our will. Mixed feelings. The idea is very good for allergic dogs. However, the transition is difficult even though very gradual: my dog has intestinal issues. Furthermore, my email to customer service to know the level of acrolein, a toxic and carcinogenic substance released during high-temperature cooking, went unanswered. Over time, these kibbles cooked at 130°C are potentially harmful. I would have liked to have answers.

Acrolein is mainly formed during cooking at much higher temperatures, particularly during frying or overheating fats. In our process, the manufacturing conditions are controlled and do not correspond to these situations. Finally, regarding your message that went unanswered, we are sorry. We do our best to respond quickly, but it can happen that some exchanges take a bit longer, especially when we request technical elements from our quality teams ??
