Fast delivery. Perfect kibble for my Irish Wolfhound (for 3 months) he was on Barf before but had a lot of itching despite diversification. With this kibble no more worries, good digestion, no flatulence, stools of good consistency. Possibly larger kibble for giant dogs?

Few things to complain about these kibbles. Much more nutritious, I noticed how much our cat demands less and no longer rushes to his bowl in a compulsive manner. No digestive problems (the transition wasn't even necessary). Since we have been using them for almost a year, our cat is in great shape and we feel better, both for his health and for the environment...

I love the concept but... Having strictly followed the transition recommendations between the old and new kibble, the younger of my two cats (a one-year-old Highland Straight) fell ill with diarrhea that stopped as soon as he returned to his normal diet. You can imagine the ordeal with long hair, requiring a bath every day. For this reason, I will not continue (the older one, a 9-year-old British Long Hair, had no problems)

Some cats are more sensitive than others and the behavior of your younger one can be explained by the neophobia of cats, which is quite common among our feline friends! It is the intestinal system of your cat that firmly defends itself against an organism it does not know: insect protein. That is why we recommend a gentle dietary transition of 2 to 3 weeks, or even longer for the most sensitive cats.

The food is good and my cat enjoyed it. Sadly the customer service is severely lacking. I needed to cancel my subscription as my cat needed a veterinary diet. For a start the website defaults to French which isn't the easiest thing to get around. Secondly when I tried resetting my password multiple times via multiple devices I got stuck in a loop with the Recapcha picture tool. When I contacted customer support they simply referred me back to the website.

Easy order on the site. Delivery in 3 days. Our dog is allergic to meat and fish and could not tolerate the hypoallergenic kibbles (including those from veterinarians). She jumped on these from the first day and has had no allergy issues since. For me, the only (slight) downside is the palatability: after the novelty wears off, our dog tends to snub them and only eats them when she is really very hungry!

For now, my cat has adapted well and loves the mix of kibbles we offer him (old + new), we are considering switching to a subscription although the 7 kg format seems large to us and we are afraid that: 1/ the end of the kibble bag will no longer be accepted by the cat 2/ the proposed delivery frequency may be too high compared to our cat's consumption and that we have no choice but to switch to the more expensive 1.5 kg packs.

I decided to let my two cats try the insect kibbles, very nutritious, this food has just been recently authorized in Europe for humans. Initially, it is better to mix them with conventional kibbles to gradually introduce them. The delivery is fast, the only issue concerns the carrier who does not seem to understand the difference between a billing address different from the delivery address. And we cannot validate the destination change form on their site, even though all fields are filled out correctly. Obviously, this does not affect the quality of the product, but I have reported this anomaly to the supplier.
