Too bad, I received the package in a terrible state, the box was not strong enough, and the post must have reinforced the package. Otherwise very good, my cat loves the kibble and the quality-price ratio is very good.

The package arrived looking unpresentable, all patched up. Also, the package had no logo. As for the kibble, I hope they will end his food allergy.

We have indeed made several shipments in neutral packaging because our compostable packaging, with our logo and everything that should appear on it, has been delayed in production. We have followed up all these shipments with a note stapled to the order as well as an email summarizing what has been said earlier. Soon, our shipments will be made with the compostable packaging and we hope you will have the opportunity to see it for yourself. As for your second remark, which is very precious to us, we handed our carrier a package in impeccable condition. Such observations are surely due to transport and we are truly sorry for that. Please feel free to send us a photo of your package and the bag of kibble if this should happen again so that we can see with our logistics provider if we can proceed with another shipment. Fast delivery, simple but effective packaging. The kibbles are appetizing; the only downside is that they are a bit too big for my Shetland. I will remain a loyal customer (and supporter!)

My cats got sick regardless of the proportion of kibble mixed with their usual kibble and I find the sugar content too high so I will not recommend it

Hello, We are delighted that your furry friends enjoyed our kibble and we thank you for this feedback. While we are very proud of our recipe, we are not perfect. Our current production system does not allow us to avoid incorporating duck fat into our kibble, but it does come from the Southwest! This is a topic that is close to our hearts and we are working on a solution to replace it. Thank you very much for your feedback.
