Pleasant sales experience but 2 out of 3 cats vomited daily with this formula, probably too "strong" for them, despite a 2-month transition.

Perfect product, my animals, dog and cats, love it too. Big problem with the delivery company (delays, stupid communication mode, etc.) whose only positive point is the delivery person.

The kibbles are of good quality, my dog likes them. However, the delivery, Chronopost changed my chosen relay point without explaining why or asking for my opinion... it's just a 12kg bag after all... Regarding the kibbles, the bag looks very 'budget', we regret the lack of airtight/resealable closure especially at the price per kg and given the daily openings and closings (we all have tape and other clothespins).

A small bug in the delivery means that this time, I am only giving three stars. Out of three products ordered together, only one of the products was delivered to me, quickly I must specify. The problem was quickly and kindly resolved after a phone conversation with the interested party.

I am satisfied with the concept. The cats eat their kibbles well but their coat is a bit less beautiful than with the previous product (which no longer exists) so I am not sure about continuing as it is quite expensive.

We love it and so do our cats. The only downside is that the size of the kibble varies too much, some are huge and don't fit in our Pipolino and others are very small and come out too quickly, it's very complicated to find a balance for the dispenser's flow. The size really needs to be better calibrated.

I have been using cat kibble for two years, but now I am stopping. It seems that my cat has developed some sort of allergy to TOMOJO kibble. Either he vomits or he has diarrhea. I have observed this behavior for over 6 months, with different bags of the same TOMOJO kibble. And as soon as I try another type of kibble, everything gets better.

The package closure did not hold, the bag of kibbles arrived completely open in the box. The kibbles were of 2 different sizes, most of them much larger than usual.

I gave an average rating because I find the initiative excellent (I myself do not eat meat) as well as the composition of the kibbles. But unfortunately, total failure with my dog who didn't even eat one. I encouraged him to try one but he stubbornly spat it out on the ground…

The approach is beautiful but despite the gradual integration of these kibbles, he doesn't seem to appreciate them! It's a shame there isn't a test format for sale.

I was upset by the packaging. Lots of cardboard and plastic. Why not use reusable packaging?

I received my package the day after the order, it was super fast! It was well packaged, without any excess, and I appreciated the packaging of the kibble. Unfortunately, after multiple attempts, my puppy did not like them, he sorts them and refuses to eat them.. I had to go back to animal kibble. Hello, After a first satisfactory experience, we received kibble made in factory 53 that our 2 cats frankly rejected. We had to revert to another conventional diet. Our veterinarian, due to an allergy of one of our cats, advised us to return to our insect kibble hence this recent order, but again our cats refuse to eat them (factory 53). We think, given their appearance, that they are overcooked hence the puffiness and smell! We will therefore be forced to look for a new supplier, Tomojo telling us that everything is fine and nothing has changed?

big differences in kibble size, not appreciated by my cat

I am trying these kibbles because my cat has a regular skin allergy... and I have tested a large number of brands, different proteins (chicken, lamb, fish...) without seeing any differences. So for now, I am at more or less 3 weeks... and no change on the horizon. I am waiting to finish the bag to be sure. Otherwise, the smell is not very pleasant, and my cat who is never picky did not rush on them! He eats them now, but goes to scratch the bag of another brand that remains. Not convincing for now.

Relatively planet-friendly and balanced food, but the carbohydrate content is still far too high for cats. Once this issue is resolved, it will undoubtedly be a flawless product.

Personally, I am very happy with the composition of the kibble and my 3.5-month-old chihuahua puppy eats them without any issues but there is always a but… I find that he has lost weight… you can see the bones of his pelvis and I am afraid it is due to his kibble…

Hello, my 2 cats appreciated the kibbles. Only downside: the potato starch, one of my 2 cats has a very fragile renal system and any food containing tubers is harmful to him... A bit expensive for what it is

The product is appealing but when you read the ingredients more closely, you realize that it contains a lot of peas which is not very recommended at least by my vet.

Top service but my chihuahuas are not attracted to the treats, used to more industrial things. However, they eat the kibble mixed with other foods and the cats appreciate the treats..

The food is good and my cat enjoyed it. Sadly the customer service is severely lacking. I needed to cancel my subscription as my cat needed a veterinary diet. For a start the website defaults to French which isn't the easiest thing to get around. Secondly when I tried resetting my password multiple times via multiple devices I got stuck in a loop with the Recapcha picture tool. When I contacted customer support they simply referred me back to the website.

Hello, From a taste perspective, my dog appreciates it, I tested several kibbles from different brands, and he went for the 'Tomojo' without hesitation. However, on your site, it is noted 'dog from 5kgs' so I contacted your company, and the person told me it was also suitable for dogs of lower weight. So why is this not specified on the site? My dog weighs just over two kilos, and despite my wish to subscribe, I won't be able to benefit from a reserved rate because my dog doesn't consume two kilos of kibble per month! The paper bag is very good for packaging and preserving the kibble, however, once it is opened, it becomes complicated to close it hermetically even with a clip. I ordered from Tomojo paying an extra fee to get my order quickly. I was only informed several days later that the stock was depleted. Fortunately, I received a full refund of the shipping costs, which I found very honest. I would have appreciated being informed of the delay on the day of my order... My cats enjoyed their kibbles but I am worried about the carbohydrate content...

Proteins only represent 28% and fats 15% while carbohydrates are at 41%, due to the use of potato starch, which is way too high for my taste. Potato starch has a high glycemic index and low nutritional density. The kibble also contains organic sunflower oil which has an unfavorable omega-3 to omega-6 ratio. There is also an "animal protein hydrolysate." This ingredient is controversial since its origin and therefore its quality are unknown. Also, the composition of the kibble shows a starch concentration estimated at 22%...??! I regret some marketing choices on the product packaging, with ingredients whose nutritional utility can be questioned like plant cocktails or the use of the word beet to refer to a by-product (beet pulp). In short, an interesting proposed alternative but which still requires many improvements. PS: Apparently the Tomojo team accepts praise for their product (see my first feedback) but does everything to delete my second review which they don't seem to appreciate. Indeed, despite following a strict food transition protocol, after a certain dose my cat vomited for several hours on many occasions. So I stopped. I now find myself with a 1.5kg bag on my hands, great. I think they are not at all suitable for sensitive cats.
