I am very happy with the products I have purchased, but very upset with the delivery service. I live in a housing development, I opened the door for the delivery person to come in, he knew I was home and decided on his own to leave it in Citibox without informing me that he was going to do so. I waited a long time for it to arrive at my house. I have filed a complaint and they haven't even responded to me. This is just to let you know the type of delivery service you will be working with. That's why I don't give you 5 stars. The delivery service is to the home, not to the door of the housing development.

La semana pasada realicé un pedido con referencia: ZILXIFGDG de varios artículos, entre ellos Pack Cold Brew Toque Escribo el mensaje porque la fecha óptima de consumo del café es de noviembre de 2025. Además, el vaso que publicitan es en color negro y me ha llegado en color blanco.

The order took almost a week to arrive. If they have slow shipping, they should warn about it. The shipping cost does not correspond to the poor service provided.

I still have not received the order. I received an email last Tuesday from the transport agency saying they could not deliver it and today I still do not have the order, I made it very clear to call me before delivery and at no time did they contact me.
