It would be good if they had the same products in the physical store as online

Response from Toqueworld
Thank you for your suggestion! We understand how convenient it would be to have all our products available in a physical store. We are working to improve our offering so that you can find what you are looking for more easily. In the meantime, remember that in our online store you have our entire catalog available with fast shipping. Thank you for your understanding and trust!

I didn't like that despite placing an order with free shipping, when I entered the discount code for sales, shipping costs were applied and in the end it was more expensive without discounts than with discounts. It doesn't make sense

There was a problem with my order. I didn't receive it. I contacted yesterday and they immediately solved the issue, receiving it in less than 24h, hyper well packaged as well. I haven't had time to try anything yet, but the effectiveness of the resolution and the presentation of the order is already worth it. Thank you!
