I didn't like that despite placing an order with free shipping, when I entered the discount code for sales, shipping costs were applied and in the end it was more expensive without discounts than with discounts. It doesn't make sense

There was a problem with my order. I didn't receive it. I contacted yesterday and they immediately solved the issue, receiving it in less than 24h, hyper well packaged as well.
