No problems with the quality of the product. However, the delivery time is very long. It would be better if this was stated when the order was placed. I ordered my article for a birthday three weeks before and I didn't have it on the big day because the delivery time was a month.

I have not received the goods. Weeks of back and forth as Hermes shipping has probably delivered it. But I did not receive it. Despite affidavit and loss certificate Tribune did not want to refund the money. Would have to take the buyer protection of PayPal in claim. Too bad we wanted to see how the sweatshirts are because we wanted to order several 100 pieces for our Schalke Fan Club. Now we have found someone else.

Interminable delivery time We asked customer service for a shipping date and they replied without really giving us an answer to our question and bamboozled us by informing us that a tracking number would appear on my customer space. 1 week later and still no shipment, so we decided to request cancellation and reimbursement of the order as quickly as it was debited from my bank account (in 2 days money withdrawn and shipment in 8 weeks for a sweater). As if by magic, the day after our order cancellation email, it was shipped. Not a serious site. Avoid

Very unhappy. I received 2 tee shirts when I had ordered 8 polo shirts. No solution found, almost no response to emails. I paid more than 280 € for 2 tee shirts !!!

Delivery times are unbelievably long: I had to wait 1 month to receive my polo, which then arrived after I needed it. The delivery time announced in the delivery terms is 15 days. When I sent an e-mail to be informed of the progress of my order, I received an automatic reply indicating that the delivery time was 3 weeks and that this was indicated for each item on the site. After checking, I'm still looking for where this is indicated. The polo shirt itself is of good manufacture.
