Too long delay, except for the payment. Payment debited the same day of the order and delivery 3 weeks later. Delivered in my mailbox in rags. The packaging is too small. On the other hand the quality of the garment is impeccable.

Delivery a little slow but not very serious. On the other hand the quality really disappointed me. I ordered a jersey on wish for 5€ for the same result. The t-shirt was a test before buying a sweater, so I'm not going to buy it.

It is not normal that the payment is cashed and that we receive our order more than 3 weeks later. In the vast majority of commercial relationships, the supplier is paid when the work is done; communication on this fact is almost non-existent and makes the transaction suspicious, even dishonest. We managed to hear from them after a very angry email where my language was borderline rude. I put one star because the order was finally honored and the product seems to be of good quality.

I still have not received my package. I can understand your workload, but in this case do not charge for delivery and do not notify on your site, 'delivery 15 days'.
