My initial order was placed at the beginning of December 2022 for a Christmas gift and I had to return the parcel 2 times because of a size error when packing (adult size sent instead of child size). The delivery time was extremely long and the final parcel only arrived in June 2023... Never a word of apology or commercial gesture despite this. I am very disappointed and do not recommend this site.

I do not advise, they take more than 15 days before sending the T-shirt in printing despite the payment. And without giving us any news even after multiple emails. So we received the shirt 1 month and a half after the order without a word of apology or sign of life.

Without talking about the product dobt the quality is more than average (very thin fabric) the delivery time is more than a month. The customer service is non-existent. The phone number is a recording, we can not get anyone online. The only contact is by mail. No concrete answer, one has the impression that the interlocutors do not understand the question. As far as I am concerned, I will never order on this site again.
