Return at your expense. Fabric quality... I think we would have bought it on low-priced sites from China and we wouldn't have seen the difference

Hello, concerning the returns, it is your responsibility if you want to exchange the article because of a size that does not fit ... we take care of the shipping costs of the new article. On the other hand we will refund you the return shipping costs if there was a quality problem.

You say poor quality. What happened? I find your comment a bit harsh in view of many satisfied customers! If there was a quality problem, please contact us and we will propose a solution.

Disappointed by the material which is more like a very light and plasticised sweater instead of a nice thick and comfortable red sweater as the picture and description would suggest. Moreover we paid 55€ including postage to find it finally indicated at 39.99€ the next day on the website...
