No problems with the quality of the product. However, the delivery time is very long. It would be better if this was stated when the order was placed. I ordered my article for a birthday three weeks before and I didn't have it on the big day because the delivery time was a month.

Delivery times are unbelievably long: I had to wait 1 month to receive my polo, which then arrived after I needed it. The delivery time announced in the delivery terms is 15 days. When I sent an e-mail to be informed of the progress of my order, I received an automatic reply indicating that the delivery time was 3 weeks and that this was indicated for each item on the site. After checking, I'm still looking for where this is indicated. The polo shirt itself is of good manufacture.

Ordered on October 23rd... And received on November 21st... After 2 reminders !!! For non personalized sweatshirts it sucks !!! Birthday gifts not even received in time to give it ... Really too bad !!!

It took me over 3 1/2 weeks to receive my package which was for a birthday. I had obviously not received the gift in time. And when we send a message to the customer service they answer tirelessly: It takes us on average 15 days to deliver the orders.... even when the delay is exceeded they answer the same thing. And when I finally received the number of the package it was not valid on the website of the post office.... In short
