Very disappointed. I placed an order and I realized that I made a mistake in my size. So I contacted them via their chat, my lady told me to do the necessary immediately and rectify my order with the right size. I waited 3 weeks and there! Total disappointment, she had not rectified the size at all! So, I had to return the order and again I had to wait 3 weeks! My son will have had his birthday gift 2 months later! In addition, the product is really not top quality, the fabric is not terrible. I do not recommend to anyone. An incredible lack of seriousness.

Minus one star for the delay. (Ordered on December 2, received on December 28). Minus a second star for completely neglecting the customer. No response to my two messages. Gift for Christmas, so too late, I bought something else so as not to arrive empty handed. One star again for the Chinese type quality of the item. (which would explain these last so long). Next time I will order directly from China. At least it will cost less

Disappointed by the material which is more like a very light and plasticised sweater instead of a nice thick and comfortable red sweater as the picture and description would suggest. Moreover we paid 55€ including postage to find it finally indicated at 39.99€ the next day on the website...
