Good quality

The item differs from the one published on the website. I have asked for a return and new delivery. It has not arrived yet, after 3 weeks waiting the first one arrived defective. Let's see how long it would take for the second delivery!!!!

Item is as pictured, arrived in the size ordered, however I ordered on 11/20/21 and received my item on 12/28/21, that is way too long!

Minus one star for the delay. (Ordered on December 2, received on December 28). Minus a second star for completely neglecting the customer. No response to my two messages.
