I placed 3 orders for the site: - The first was perfect, I even made an exchange that went very well - I had to re-launch by mail 20 days after the order confirmation for the second and 15 days for the third to request the shipment of items The shipment took place upon receipt of emails but I do not find it normal to have to re-launch the merchant to be delivered, especially when the order tracking indicates that the product is ready to be sent Level of product quality impeccable
