Disappointed with the quality and delivery time, not much info, if I don't ask where the delivery is, basically not very close commercially

Not enough order tracking Delivery time

It took me over 3 1/2 weeks to receive my package which was for a birthday. I had obviously not received the gift in time. And when we send a message to the customer service they answer tirelessly: It takes us on average 15 days to deliver the orders.... even when the delay is exceeded they answer the same thing. And when I finally received the number of the package it was not valid on the website of the post office.... In short
