No tracking, I've been waiting for my parcel since April... but on the other hand I've been charged... I don't recommend this site.

Hello, I had to return my order 2 times (And still too big but I gave up) because the site was too complicated to choose a child's size. Best regards.

Endless delays and no follow-up

I have not received the goods. Weeks of back and forth as Hermes shipping has probably delivered it. But I did not receive it. Despite affidavit and loss certificate Tribune did not want to refund the money. Would have to take the buyer protection of PayPal in claim. Too bad we wanted to see how the sweatshirts are because we wanted to order several 100 pieces for our Schalke Fan Club. Now we have found someone else.

Noted 1 month delivery, so we know what to expect.

Credit card hacked after purchase

To flee...catastrophic delays. Have to ask your bank if FC has received the money back, because FC confirms, wrongly, that it hasn't!...miserable company.

Delivery took much too long !

Interminable delivery time We asked customer service for a shipping date and they replied without really giving us an answer to our question and bamboozled us by informing us that a tracking number would appear on my customer space. 1 week later and still no shipment, so we decided to request cancellation and reimbursement of the order as quickly as it was debited from my bank account (in 2 days money withdrawn and shipment in 8 weeks for a sweater). As if by magic, the day after our order cancellation email, it was shipped. Not a serious site. Avoid

I ordered a tee shirt for a friend's birthday... 3 weeks waiting !!!!! And on receipt: disappointment ... very wrong size and very poor quality fabric! Very long lead time because it's made in China ...

My return from 4 weeks ago has still not been credited to me. Although it has arrived. I find that very weak.

Very unhappy. I received 2 tee shirts when I had ordered 8 polo shirts. No solution found, almost no response to emails. I paid more than 280 € for 2 tee shirts !!!

My initial order was placed at the beginning of December 2022 for a Christmas gift and I had to return the parcel 2 times because of a size error when packing (adult size sent instead of child size). The delivery time was extremely long and the final parcel only arrived in June 2023... Never a word of apology or commercial gesture despite this. I am very disappointed and do not recommend this site.

Articles of very average quality Sizes do not correspond to anything Example 2xl child equivalent to them at 14 years after having asked them received larger than an L adult but for them it is normal. I will no longer order from this site
