I have not received the goods. Weeks of back and forth as Hermes shipping has probably delivered it. But I did not receive it. Interminable delivery time We asked customer service for a shipping date and they replied without really giving us an answer to our question and bamboozled us by informing us that a tracking number would appear on my customer space. 1 week later and still no shipment, so we decided to request cancellation and reimbursement of the order as quickly as it was debited from my bank account (in 2 days money withdrawn and shipment in 8 weeks for a sweater). As if by magic, the day after our order cancellation email, it was shipped. Not a serious site. Avoid
