Ultra Secure consistently delivers promptly and reliably, with fast shipping and on-time or early delivery across multiple mentions. The product quality and ease of installation are highlighted by clear instructions, straightforward setup, and well-functioning devices such as intercoms and alarms that work effectively right away. Customer service is repeatedly praised for responsiveness, politeness, and helpful problem resolution, including prompt follow-ups and attentive assistance when issues arise. Teams are described as professional and knowledgeable, providing accurate advice and ensuring orders meet stated needs and specifications.
Practical, but less powerful than I thought. In case of aggression at home, not sure that the neighbors will be alerted. Outside it is effective.
Reassuring and deterrent nonetheless.

Equipment conforms to the description, simple to use and set up. Just a pity that the supplied lithium batteries did not hold the charge as indicated on the site (theoretically 18 months): in reality, 2 months after installation!

Response from Ultra Secure (ultrasecuredirect.com)
Hello, Sorry for that. I checked your order, I am not sure which item you experienced this inconvenience with? I see 13 accessories that include lithium batteries. There can be several reasons for a malfunction like this: - an item that overconsumes, to check this, just change the battery and see if the phenomenon occurs again - defective battery at shipment, although the batteries we ship are new, this can unfortunately happen - item too solicited in your environment/installation (but 2 months seems a bit extreme to me) Anyway, this is obviously not normal, I suggest you contact our technicians, they will see the details with you and will conduct tests to find the solution and/or replace the accessory in question. Best regards, Christopher Ultra Secure France (securitemarche.fr)
