Service and advice prior to purchase: IMPECCABLE! I particularly recommend this site as a new customer from Marseille, I was super informed before the purchase, and after the purchase, very good quality products and especially great customer service (especially for pairing remote controls with a central unit). I think I would not have had the same quality of service in Marseille. Go there with your eyes closed! You are dealing with honest and competent people.

Items were as expected and easy to install with clear instructions, the door contacts are not ideal for a caravan door with an insect mesh. We however are using one on an external hatch and plan to order more, otherwise all works and seems ok, only had it installed two days so time will tell.
