Nothing seemed to be too much trouble to help me as a DIY fitter find answers to questions I had and to overcome any problems I encountered. The order made by phone to avoid mistakes! I received a kit that doesn't really match but I will make do, we had to contact you again for the assembly because the right manual was not in the pack. Otherwise, the person who helped us by phone was very competent and friendly, the delivery and follow-up by email were very good, I have a very small apartment with a mini entrance and the red siren you can't miss aesthetically is not great. Finally, the main thing is that it gives the expected effect.

However, we have guarantees to avoid disappointment (even partial) for our customers: you have 30 days to return your order and thus exchange it for more suitable equipment or, in the worst case, get a refund.

If you end up finding satisfaction with your installation, then no worries.
