Sorry for that. Knowing this model, there is a strong chance that it is simply a misunderstanding of the product (sincerely). Did you carefully read the manual? Especially after arming, you have (like most alarm systems) a 30-second exit delay to respect (to allow you to leave the premises). After this delay, the detector will trigger immediately, without any delay.
The best thing to do in a case like this is to call us at 09 72 30 88 88 (non-premium number) to discuss with a technician who can explain all this operation to you. It's a shame not to go through our team who is at your service (we are known for this extremely effective customer service) and to immediately leave a negative review.

Indeed, sound is always a bit subjective, depending on the customer; sometimes it's too loud, sometimes too quiet. In any case, I can confirm that, in this range, you can add a slave siren (or several) as needed. It's not so much the power of the siren that matters, but rather the direction.
