the product unfortunately could not fit (required opening of ports requested by Orange, which the Asian supplier could not provide!) but good dialogue and return without problem from customer service;

Response from Ultra Secure (ultrasecuredirect.com)
Hello, Indeed, unfortunately we do not have control over the different Internet boxes (and especially this Orange Livebox model which poses problems for us). Don't forget that we can offer you GSM solutions when you have network at home. Thank you for still leaving a positive review. As you have seen, we follow customers to the end, even if it is a refund. Remaining at your service for any other needs. Best regards, Christopher securitemarche.fr

Order shipped within very reasonable timeframes, and after-sales service attentive and helpful; the only problem, the alarm remote control I ordered is way too sensitive, just holding it in hand and brushing the button disconnects the alarm; I ordered a second one, but the phenomenon is the same, it's very annoying.

Response from Ultra Secure (ultrasecuredirect.com)
Hello, Sorry for the inconvenience encountered. Although these remote controls can sometimes be too sensitive and fragile, they are still supposed to be usable. Do not hesitate to return one of them so that we can check the defect and carry out a guaranteed handling (after checking the condition of the remote control). Best regards, Christopher securitemarche.fr

Hello, I was unfortunate to receive partially defective material from the factory. Despite the goodwill and professionalism shown by Mr. Christopher and Arthur, it took two months for me to be able to use my material. (I acknowledge the great difficulty in diagnosing this type of problem) Today, I have material with one inactive area, even if it is sufficient for the goal I set, I think that security market should have offered me a commercial gesture. Wishing you good reception A.JEANCLAUDE

Response from Ultra Secure (ultrasecuredirect.com)
Hello Sir, Indeed, your malfunction was very particular. I am still satisfied to have managed to find the problem, as it was not easy. Fortunately, we know our material well! I asked Vincent to contact you again to offer you the exchange of the receiver, so that you are not blocked in the future by this inactive area. If I understood correctly, you would like to possibly keep the exchange detector, on which of course we can make you a gesture. I leave you to discuss the details with him (do not hesitate to call him directly if you have a moment). Personally remaining at your disposal if necessary. Best regards, Christopher
