This is very surprising because this alarm does sound very loud. I wonder if yours has a design problem then?
If not and it is just a simple volume issue, please know that you can, at a low cost, add additional sirens to your kit. The whole will work with the same remote control.

I will ask a technician to call you back to make the necessary checks.

Personally remaining at your disposal if needed.

Hello, Please excuse us for this inconvenience. I see that you exchanged about this with a technician yesterday and that you need to keep us updated on the results. In the meantime, another tip that does not seem to have been mentioned: did you know that this alarm has an exit delay? This allows you to be sure that you have activated the system properly (the arming beep) and gives you time to leave the premises without the system triggering.
