I received my order from ultrasecuredirect quickly but there was a fault on the item so after speaking to ultrasecuredirect on the telephone was told to return it and posted it back to them on 20th December. The company received my returned item after the Christmas break on 28th December and I received a replacement item all set up for use on 5th January - excellent customer service. i would recommend this company.

I had excellent service from the website. after placing my order I received a phone call about the key I had ordered and was told that the key would not fit the security post. the even allowed me to change my order and remove the key. I thought this was brilliant.

We purchased a wireless door bell/alarm transmitter and 2 receivers: It took quite a bit of time to set up the unites because the instructions included in the boxes were NOT for the versions of the items we purchased. Eventually we figured out how to make them work, but we are greatly limited as to the available options, not having the ability to encode the system according to the directions supplied.

Good service although the website can be a little confusing and difficult to navigate on a pad rather than a larger screen PC

Excellent Service, second to none

Brilliant - kept up to date all the time with progress and delivery was exactly when I was told it would be.

Goods arrived promptly but not clear on website that Sim card needed to be ordered separately. Now waiting for it to arrive so can't fully review product. Well packed and looks well made.

This company is spot on, the products they sent me were quality and exactly what I wanted , I could of bought cheaper but when they arrived ( when they told me they would by Email) I was well impressed with the quality and service. Website easy to navigate. Delivery prompt and ontime.

The website is fair but not always that easy to navigate, a common problem. Availability of technical advice is very variable in quality (depth). Smart Wireless Alarm, Built in Auto-Dialler & External PIR was rated a 150metrs but could not get a signal to the receiver on first floor landing at 20 metres outside house wall. Newish house with standard construction. PIR sensors round one corner each of building clad using box profile steel sheeting (0.5mm thick). Should have worked but it wouldn't. If I raised receiver up to window, just about receive the signal. One PIR supplied with a vital 'jumper' missing. Returned whole package (at my cost) to UltraSecure who very promptly refunded my purchase price. Only option with UltraSecure now is to buy 900metre strength beam units which are much more expensive. Bit concerned about life of batteries that are recharged by solar energy though. (Will I need expensive replacement batteries in 12, 18, 24 months time? No one knows.) May still trade with UltraSecure but must reassess carefully.

Good product and excellent value for money.

The whole process was easy and the service excellent. I would certainly recommend and use for further purchases. Customer service could not be faulted quick to respond and action my change of order. Speedy delivery and delighted with quality.

Fantastic service brill products def use again

Simple functional

Absolutely wonderful. I wanted to protect my summerhouse (Man cave) and without fuss, high cost and Tech I would struggle to understand. I found it, right here! The right product is great, but adding the right company to buy it from, Ultra secure made it so much easier and quicker for me. Job done.
