Excellent. Very good technical support for using the product (sent by email a diagram adapted to my problem). A fixing part with a slight defect was changed free of charge and very quickly. And a quality/price ratio that is quite satisfactory, the product providing full satisfaction.

I can't say that the service is not serious, I am still waiting for my refund but I had to return the product as it did not suit me at all because technically there was no operating manual in English, features are not very accessible. No way to understand how it works. No very precise response when I called, however, the people remain friendly.
But overall the purchased product does not correspond to what I expected.
