Good Morning Sir, Many thanks for your feedback, Although we do prepare many of our systems prior to sending out to customers, We do try to ensure that all our systems are sent with specific instructions, your system should have had a set of receiver instructions and door contact installation instructions/pictures included and we do apologies if this was missing. If you could drop us an email into [email protected], we will be happy to send these over to you. The receiver does have a choice of 32 different sounds available, and hopefully you will be able to find a tune that suits, if however, you are not satisfied with the product, please do return it to us and we will process a refund accordingly.
