Great welcome. Extra interlocutor, professional, speed punctuality. A great investment to monitor my horses. Top service. Delivery speed for Corsica 2 days. I have already recommended to two friends for their horses. We will recommend the rest of the cameras soon. Thank you for your professionalism in Corsica

Very happy with this order, the product corresponds perfectly to its description. The manual is clear. I had asked a question about another product and securitemarche took the time to call me back to give me detailed explanations.

Good after-sales service, they helped me finalize the configuration of the alarm system. It's easier when you live on-site. After 5 months of use, my installation works wonderfully, except that sometimes my remote control has false contacts. Probably due to the battery moving inside its housing, just need to secure it with silicone.

The site is good, but there are no stickers to put on the axes, and the batteries failed after two months, they are not guaranteed, it's (consumable) not very commercial.

Response from Ultra Secure (ultrasecuredirect.com) Published on 28/04/2022

Hello, Sorry for the problem encountered. I see that your product has indeed been returned for exchange as it was consuming batteries abnormally. This is rare but can happen with electronics. In this case, of course, the batteries are also covered. Best regards, Christopher / securitemarche.fr

Response from Ultra Secure (ultrasecuredirect.com) Published on 06/09/2022

Hello, the batteries have failed again, batteries that you changed in May when I returned the unit for overconsumption. Your report concluded that the unit is not at fault, that it is the batteries, but the first and last set comes from you. You were also supposed to cover the four sets that I changed. How can I be assured as stated in your description for 7 to 8 months? I also have problems with the remote control that does not always work. Awaiting your response, have a good day.
