Very good customer service, they exchanged my defective doorbell that was less than a year old without any problem. However, the product received in exchange is not new, it has multiple small scratches as well as some marks... A bit disappointed even if the 'new' one works very well.

Hello, Sorry for that, this is obviously absolutely not normal. We do send new products, but they are checked and handled before shipping.
