I originally bought a BT PIR & Remote Control Alarm System (Non-GSM) with a remote alarm and external solar alarm for my shed 3 years ago. after the annual battery change the PIR refused to set, it paired with the remote but would not switch on or off. I ordered a replacement item which was delivered to a UK address in very quick time. I have yet to install the replacement as I live in Italy and have yet to receive it from my intermediary.
I do like the products, the alarms are easy to install, loud and, up until recently, all parts have functioned correctly when required.
My only criticism are the costs on the EU site, these are disproportionately high, considering the recent exchange rates, and the postage and packaging charges are excessively high.

Product a bit flaky, I feel like it may worth replacing with an alarm from an established home security firm once possible . Messaged support to ask about an issue and they never came back. Alarm seems to work for now, but not inspiring too much confidence.
