Slow handling of the material for a rushed person

Everything was perfect. The people on the phone are attentive and super nice. The only downside is not being able to use the second remote control that I bought. Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars. Fast delivery, in short, I recommend this store to everyone.

Easy site to navigate, order received within two days of order. Had to phone for a missing SD card from the order and this was received the next day.

Very fair prices, super quick delivery and all items as described but packaging contained a lot of non-recylcable polystyrene chips, so only 4 stars, not 5.

I would have given more stars if the circlips on the bottom of the post had been fitted correctly, it took a couple of minutes to work out why the pins were flopping about

It's difficult to decide which system to go for as the choice can be overwhelming, but when receiving my order, I was very satisfied with it and despite having some queries, the technical support line was very helpful in resolving them. If I had any criticism, it would refer to the User Manual, where I, as a complete CCTV novice, would prefer to have an explanation what a Load Default or Scan Mode Period is

Somewhat pricey for what it is. Resisted paying £5 for a cctv sticker as that is just extortionate.

Arrived on time and was bigger and heavier than I expected so well pleased

Ordering was straightforward, the delivery was prompt and, so far, the long range bell is working fine. But the instructions were woeful and the description of the receiver unit on the web-site was rather sketchy, so it is less capable than I had assumed. Subsequent email service to provide instructions was good but they should have been come with the product.

Delivery is excellent, despite concerns about returns the company refunded my original costs excluding return postage and the only problem I had was with the quality of the goods. Some parts of a system did not work, others were poorly described and did not function as described and external units were of such poor manufacture that they would not have survived in the environment for which they were destined. Sad that what is a good company is dealing in such poor quality merchandise.

Easy to order and quick delivery but thought price of item ordered to be a bit high but couldnt find a simular product elsewhere

So far so good, a quality item was purchased at a reasonable price. Dispatch was quick and item was well packaged and arrived as promised. I haven't installed it yet as I need to get a SIM card, but on test it is looking like just what I needed to keep my valuables safe in the garage.

Too expensive for a small item especially the postage.

Order processing and delivery were excellent. Pleased with the quality and performance of the products ordered, however the fitting instructions manual is written in very poor English and is difficult to follow and understand.

I had a problem mounting the PRI in that with the rubber cover in place the adjustable ball joint could not be tightened sufficiently to lock the mounting. The PRI would always tilt to its lowest position. I telephoned your technical dept seeking advice and was informed that I needed to get a thicker piece of rubber to replace the friction rubber washer supplied and that this problem had not come to light before. I was quite aghast at this being expected to modify a new piece of equipment! I said that if the parts supplied were indeed defective then these should be replaced by correctly operating parts. The operative then agreed to supply new parts, however to date these have not been received meaning that it is impossible for the equipment to be properly installed. AN URGENT REPLY WOULD BE APPRECIATED CONCERNING THE SUPPLY OF THE DEFECTIVE MOUNTINGS

Products easy to find on website and product information good. Prompt delivery and alarm worked out of box. Too early to comment on reliability but so far so good.

Disappointed in wireless (800) driveway gate alert. Receiver, is made in China, feels cheap and flimsy. Set up was hit and miss with poor instructions. Can't be set to operate for more than 60 secs. which for my purposes is insufficient. Ultra Secure seemed like a good supplier compared the competition as they offer a comprehensive range although their prices are not cheap but they do respond to telephone calls. I made an expensive mistake with the package I ordered.

More money than I thought but f/class c/Service

The product is very badly made. The fixing bracket just broke. On the recent purchase of the GDM Alarm, I am very unhappy with the 'manual'. The Website quotes that a CD Rom with the manual is part of the order. No such thing existed. A printed manual was part of the order but the manual is appalling. A very poor translation of Chinese, much of which doesn't make sense, hopeless illlustrations and when I queried one point I was told the manual supplied WAS OUT OF DATE! (I have the record of the email response!) A hugely poor service; might be a useful product if you could make sense of it. Be very careful.

Looks of good quality and size. Looks like it will do the job.

Great customer service. Easy ordering and quick delivery. The part turned out not to be right for us, although there was nothing at all wrong with it. The return was easy and no hassle. Full marks for everything, and I will just read the description better next time!

Website/ordering process very simple. Order arrived promptly and intact. I purchased the unit with large red/green lights on front and back. When it arrived the red/green lights on the back were wiring the wrong way round (red light on rear when green light on front). Not a big issue, took 20 mins to dismantle and switch the colour lenses over. Otherwise would have given 5 stars.

Very sorry that the system did not work but have been offered a replacement. Good exchange with Technical Dept.

Ordering was easy, delivery was quick. The item is doing what it should. I would have like to have had a choice of ringing tones, but apart from that they are great.

Buying my SIM card was a breeze I received it very quickly, some of the activation was somewhat difficult. This SIM was for an alarm system so having to trigger the system every six months to keep it alive is somewhat of a Inconvenience but it worked very well and replaced the current 3E SIM which was absolutely useless

A positive experience, considering I was a complete novice at buying this type of equipment. I phoned the company as I had a few queries with regard to whether this product was suitable for our needs and was guided by a very nice and knowledgeable man. The alarm has proved to be the correct product for alerting us to anyone entering or leaving the premises. Many thanks to UltraSecure Direct. I would definitely use them again for security products.
