The installation and setup is easy. However, the device does not call, it only sends an SMS. THE SOUND LEVEL OF THE ALARM DOES NOT MATCH 150 DECIBELS AS ANNOUNCED. (the level is below 90 decibels as the noise from my compressor covers that of the alarm)

The little contact I had with customer service went well, I would rather talk about the product, with which I would have a few suggestions to give, which I would have liked to find in its functionality. Like: more short ringtones, (only two or three notes), not having to go through all the different ringtones to find my favorite ringtone, because when you unplug the receiver from the socket, you tend to take it by the sides, and then you mess up the ringtone choice or the volume, as well as the symbol on the buttons which is tone on tone, you can't see it. Otherwise, it works quite well! Best regards

Good product overall. Too bad the batteries provided were already less than half their life... Nevertheless, to be recommended.

Clear website, good ordering process and quick delivery. UltraSecure itself was fine and the PIR alarm product itself is reasonable but it annoyingly has tiny fixing screws one of which quickly deteriorated - luckily after a search in my garage I found a suitable screw although I had to cut it down in length. To be honest the screw thing with the alarm needs sorting out - it makes a relatively good product look cheap.

I ordered a KP9 alarm panel that was delivered promptly. It is a good product.
What lets it down is the manual. It has been badly translated from Chinese. A lot of the commands are missing. It takes a lot of reading to get the full benefit out of the panel. Even trying to set it up I had to ring their help line.
The help back up is good and they knew the answers to my question.
It's a pity that Ultra Secure don't re-write the manual

Quick to respond to email enquiries, value for money product ( non GSM garage alarm). Only been installed for a few days but product is operating as described. Only slight issue concerns the plastic mounting swivel that allows sensor to be positioned, it feels a little loose, a stiffer swivel design would merit 5 stars. Delivered in 48 hours.

Quick delivery, good technical helpline. Instructions for alarm (translated from Chinese presumably) truly appalling, but you don't really need them as the system is set up by Ultrasecure.

Very good after-sales service, however I am disappointed with the quality of the alarm I bought, really low-end

Would have been 5 stars... excellent service excellent product, easy to install as long as you are a bit tec savvy.
My only minor complaint is the door opening sensors, if you don't have flush fitting doors which most modern UPVC doors are not then the sensors will not fit, you have to make your own spacers which are not pretty or reliable, I would have paid extra for purpose built spacers to be included.
I like the fact that I can add to my system if need be.
But overall a very good product.

Great range of products but as I found out to my cost several items I bought and others I was considering buying could be bought elsewhere for much less. One item CCTV Cam was a third less from the original manufacturer. All in all I will not be buying anything from this firm in the future.
