The material is of excellent quality and the delivery arrived faster than expected. The only problem with the intercom is that the 4 batteries need to be changed every three days. So it doesn't work and I will have to call an electrician.

What you explain here is true for our individual intercom with 1 button (UltraCOM SOLO), but not for the collective 4 buttons (UltraCOM MULTI). Perhaps the confusion comes from a mix-up? We try to provide as much information as possible in our product sheets, they are really very detailed. Excerpts from the product sheet of your order: "The street panel is powered by a 12 V transformer (optional) or any other power supply (gate motor, solar panel, ...). A battery compartment (provided) allows you to create a backup power supply in case of a power outage for example." "IMPORTANT No 12v power supply is provided with this kit, you need to provide a 12v DC supply for the panel to work!" But I'm sorry if this was not clear enough for your professional. This is also why we offer 30 days to return the device for a refund, to avoid any misunderstanding or dissatisfaction. Despite having purchased a second remote control, the latter still works poorly. I discussed for a long time on the phone before ordering it, but the result is still the same, you have to be 2 meters from the alarm to make it work. In conclusion, all my discussions were useless, and I am out 28.90 more.....look for the error....!!!!

First of all, regarding the siren, several possibilities and solutions: 1) if it does not ring loudly, it may be a defect in your siren, we can replace it of course 2) although most of our customers find that it rings just loud, it remains subjective, so if you need more, you can definitely add a supplementary siren (or even several, there is no limit on this range) Regarding calls, I do not quite understand regarding the performance - a call is a call. Is it because the network does not pass well where the device is installed? In that case, you might want to consider changing operators for the SIM card. I am not on my first purchase with you, the material works perfectly and access to customer service by phone for advice is very responsive. However, I had a bad surprise, the alarm order received was on the same frequency as the one in place and the means for changing it is a bit complicated to implement to modify the frequency on each command and which each has its frequency in order to differentiate two areas to extend but close.

Yes I have set the system up and am happy with it apart from one thing.
When I receive a text to inform me the system has operated its in what appears to be Chinese !!!!! Unfortunately my understanding of "Mandarin" isn't exactly fluent.
That said I thought it was hilarious tbh
anything we can do to change to English please !!!

Be careful to avoid SFR as a provider with SIM cards that are only DATA
we still haven't been able to use the cameras with these cards (it's already been over a month)
the equipment works very well with the SIM cards we retrieved from other phones
