I wanted an ultrapir, but you removed it from the catalog. I mistakenly bought the ultra secure which looks like it. I returned it, and I am waiting to be refunded.

The seller offered me an item that better matched my needs than the one initially chosen. He was very responsive in sending the quote and followed my order. The delivery times were very reasonable. Fast shipping, however the remote controls do not work very well and the detectors do not always communicate properly with each other, especially if several walls separate them (regardless of the distance which is a maximum of 20 m. However, the detectors taken individually work well.

Very happy with the retractable bollards. Very disappointed with the provided padlocks which appear to be the cheapest on the market, about £5 from Amazon. Already struggling with one of them and have purchased better quality.

Good customer service via email and product received quickly. Dropped a star because the item was a replacement, the previous one broke after only 2 years. Not just mine either as my neighbour bought one at the same time and his has also failed (he isn't replacing).

Although everything I have purchased from Ultra Secure has been good with fast delivery. I did ask a question using the online form and have not had a reply in last seven days, I made my own enquiry with an electrician purchased the part and fitted and working yet still no reply?
