Indeed, please excuse us for that. We generally provide setup letters and, in your case, an explanatory video, but this manual is missing which we are currently working on (specifications change constantly and it is sometimes not easy to keep everything up to date). Add to that the annual holidays, it does not help at all to meet our usual deadlines!
The main thing is that we are reachable and without extra cost to guide you from start to finish, that is what we consider to be the most important, certainly much better than a manual regardless of its writing quality, our products are still very specific and each order is specially prepared for the end customer, the manuals are often only half adapted...
However, I confirm that it is noted that the missing manual should be sent to you quickly as soon as available.
Again, our apologies for the inconvenience, and remaining obviously at your disposal if necessary.

A defective product can exist, it happens, but I assure you, the warranty is there for that. However, it is often the installation that is not ideal and the solution lies at that level. We are here to help you improve the installation.
The first and simplest test is as follows: remove the detector that triggers, place it in a drawer or a completely insulated closed cupboard, and leave it for the time you would have had a trigger. If you still experience triggers, the detector has a defect. Contact us to proceed with an exchange.
Otherwise, it is simply the location where it is installed that is problematic. Avoid any heat source that may trigger it. Do not hesitate to send us photos from all angles so we can guide you.

Very good. However the currier let them down, 4 time slots given and never turned up, rang and complained and the goods were delivered next morning.

Thank you for the review, sorry for the problems with the delivery. We have made enquires with UK Mail who were the courier, and it appears they had a Vehicle Breakdown on this particular day which obviously created all types of problems. We do use two couriers plus the Royal Mail for our deliveries allowing us to compare the services our customers get, and although all three are very good for most deliveries, they do all have occasional problems which is unfortunately out of our hands, and no one service is any better than the other to be honest.
I hope this will not stop you using Ultra Secure in the future.

Items all arrived quickly. The wireless alarm system appears to operate okay but the wireless keypad and the key fob do not always operate first time and require numerous attempts to either arm or disarm the system. I knew beforehand that this may occur.

Brochure sent, differed from the web site in in price and availability, I had a technical question on product which they gave a 50/50 answer too eg if this doesn't work try this!!.
Do the research first before purchase as buying individually to your needs may exceed a bundle offer, but happy with purchase, would buy from them again.

Thank you for the purchase, with regards to the Brochure, unfortunately these were printed before all the uncertainty in the economy following Brexit, and our cost of goods with their delivery costs are changing all of the time at the moment, we are however due to print a new batch of brochures soon.

Apart the fact that I have received my package...service and delivery was terrible...I have not received any calls when the guy showed up at the door, despite the fact that I was home and there is no option to call anyone and help me about it. I had to change the option on the website to receive the package somewhere else and wait for another day just because it was hard for your guy to give me a call. I understand that you are always on the road and you have to make other deliveries, but it doesn't take more than 1 minute to show your customers some respect. I would definetly not use this service again.

Thank you for the review, the problem with this delivery was that you requested in notes on the order for a delivery after 6pm, this was not an option being offered by any of our couriers (the couriers delivery hours are 8am - 6pm). Because of this we contacted you before the despatch on the 24th June 9.06 am by email (copy available) informing you that this option was not possible. We offered you alternative options including 1) a text message with a one hour delivery slot, 2) redirect the delivery to another address including your work address, 3) we could ask the courier to leave the package in a safe location for you , 4) or a full refund on the order. We did not receive an answer therefore we had no alternative but to despatch as you would be waiting for your good. We are very sorry this delivery didn't go as smooth as normal, but due to the facts listed above we would ask you to reconsider the score of the review.

Good service and delivery. Security post ordered was actually over packaged - a box within a box and then bubblewrap-all for a steel post! Crazy. However, the post is good. Only thing is the bolts supplied are very short and although they are into concrete - it would be more secure with longer bolts as I believe this post could easily be knocked over.

Order well packaged and delivered on time. No issues with the service. However, the material was of mediocre quality for the price. I should have suspected it when reading the description but 80€ for equipment that should be worth 10€ max in bulk, it's a bit expensive for storage.

Despite the well-written manuals, this sometimes happens, not everyone is necessarily comfortable with this type of material. Could you please give me more details on what does not suit you? The product is suitable but, you never know if the alarm is activated or passive. One time out of two, thinking I activated it before closing the door, I realize during the next visit that the alarm does not trigger

In the meantime, another tip that does not seem to have been mentioned: did you know that this alarm has an exit delay? This allows you to be sure that you have activated the system properly (the arming beep) and gives you time to leave the premises without the system triggering.
