Very happy with the retractable bollards. Very disappointed with the provided padlocks which appear to be the cheapest on the market, about £5 from Amazon. Already struggling with one of them and have purchased better quality.

Good customer service via email and product received quickly. Dropped a star because the item was a replacement, the previous one broke after only 2 years. Not just mine either as my neighbour bought one at the same time and his has also failed (he isn't replacing).

Although everything I have purchased from Ultra Secure has been good with fast delivery. I did ask a question using the online form and have not had a reply in last seven days, I made my own enquiry with an electrician purchased the part and fitted and working yet still no reply?

Ordered a new set of driveway sensor packs but I like the older models better! They had just a couple of chimes to choose from the newer plug in designs have ridiculous chimes ,they do get quite annoying, still a good idea though, best ones around for garden alerts!

The company appears to be good, their website is informative and the item was received extremely quickly and was well packaged.
The item I bought was a shed /garage alarm and it appears to work really well , yet I've only had it about a week.
Slightly disappointed that it wasn't made by UltraSecure, but in China (as is the norm these days)
The screw fittings supplied were not adequate for masonry mounting (probably ok for wood) and the small screw for the back plate, too long /tight for the job and I ended up stripping the head on it - Had to find another to resolve matters. Minor gripes though.
On the current basis, I'd use UltaSecure again and/or recommend them.

Easy to order, product as described, appears to be good quality and does what was wanted. The delivery charge is too high considering the size of the parcel and the premium price of the product though, it wasn't needed urgently and there were no alternative options available, which is why this is a 4, not 5 star rating; it was however well packed and protected.

Been looking for a long distance CCTV camera for a while, and google came up with Ultra secure and i found what i was looking for, connected it and fitted it. It what I was expecting, I fitted my existing solar panel to it, but will have to wait until the sun comes out, all rounder perfect. No cables to worry about. Really happy with purchase

Good system. Good customer service and technical support. My only criticism is the handset lasts for one to two years before breaking down. I am on my third handset in 5 years. Despite this I am happy with the system as a whole.

I appreciate that it isn't directly Ultra Secure's fault but the delivery service from DPD was appalling. It took DPD 3 attempts to deliver my order. Ultra Secure promised to phone me with an update on 2 occasions but they didn't. I can't recommend buying products from this Company.

Dear Sirs We are sorry for the delivery problems, however the UK had just experienced the first big winter storm of 2024 which created havoc on the roads due to many Floods & Snow cover. The Couriers were for a couple of days battling hard to get back in control, and their communication was also suffering as they tried their best in the challenging conditions. We all try our best all year, but sometimes extreme conditions do challenge all of society. We would ask you reconsider the review for these reasons Regards Mark

Well laid out website and easy ordering process. very quick delivery in secure packaging. One of the CR123a batteries supplied was faulty so it was not possible to set up the transmitter until it was replaced. I've used this company a few times and this is the only time there has been a minor glitch.

The product is fine. Your delivery service is not. Your couriers DPD failed to deliver twice despite the fact that I stayed home all day on both days when they said they would come. They simply didn't bother and made no effort to contact me. The only way I could get the item was to request a delivery to a local pickup point. Hopeless and useless. You should use another company.

It's works well, but to took a little while to sort it all out, I still don't know how to use the shield button or what it does. An instruction sheet would be very useful. Please let me know what the instructions are for the shield button and what it does?

All quite good, but I had to call them and ask where my parcel was, and was told that they were waiting for an item to come in to complete the order, personally, I think that they had missed my order, because the next day, I was informed that it had been posted, so why did they not inform me that they were waiting for an item, and there would have been no need to contact them.

It doesn't connect to the phone, there is no voice prompt and no ding noises. It does not come with sufficient cable and no extention cable either. Total waste of money.

dealing with UltraSecure is fine but the standard of the product has fallen .It could be that this product is now produced by a different manufacturer and there is no quality control. I say this as the unit I have just purchased sounds like a cat being strangled .

The units are still from the same manufacturer but there have been some component parts changed to improve the product and longevity of use. The tones have changed from the original receiver but hopefully there is a beep, or melody that will be ok, but failing that, please return the unit and we can investigate and compare etc Alternatively, if you are not entirely happy, if you would like to return this receiver, we can look at replacing it with the Triangle receiver (slightly different sounding) version for you. However, there is a lack of a customer area with order tracking and history; you place an order but without creating an account, which is surprising nowadays. But this does not prevent excellent tracking at the delivery level and ultra-fast delivery.

It concerns the Ultrapir range; remote control too sensitive (do not put it in your pocket) + poor contact at the battery level on some remotes + the supports for the detectors are of mediocre quality, unsuitable for the weight of the detector (too bad, this was already the case in 2016, during my previous order, and it has not been corrected). Otherwise, in terms of operation and detection, nothing to complain about, and that is the main thing.
But overall, it is a serious and trustworthy company that I highly recommend.

I have a problem with the intercom from day one I have had lots of emails with the technical department and they can't resolve it and want me to return and pay for the return postage for test and possibly repaired the company will not supply a replacement

We are sorry that you have experienced some difficulties with the system and our technical department have been working hard to resolve the issue, unfortunately they haven't been able to ascertain the required information with regards to the fault and would need the units returned to us so that we can investigate the reported issue. In this instance, we would require the units to be returned to us, if you could arrange the return at your convenience, once we have the units back, we would be in a better position to advise whether there is a fault, or whether a repair or replacement was needed. We would cover return costs if the unit was indeed found to be faulty as reported and not damaged/ misused during installation. Unfortunately, we would be unable to send a replacement unit, especially without knowing fully the reason for the reported fault or refund the units without first having the units back. Many thanks for your review and sharing your feedback The entry delay on the PIR is 5 seconds and the sirens is 15 seconds, which should give you enough time to deactivate the system should you have forgotten to disarm before entering, but it does seem a while when you are waiting /timing etc. We do appreciate customer feedback and try to use this information to further improve our products moving forward.
