IF the people are good advisors and serious, the product is not up to par. The detector triggers at the slightest wind when it is supposed not to react to moving vegetation. Now it works when it wants even though the batteries have been checked. Disappointing purchase

Another important piece of information: it is not our policy to leave a customer with a product they cannot use. We have a sufficiently wide range to offer you something more suitable if the one you ordered does not fit (this can happen). And in the extreme case, we prefer to refund you.

Thankyou for your review, we do offer Free Postage on all orders over £75, and charge £4.95 for orders under this, we accept that some deliveries will actually cost us over £6 and some £3, but due to automation on the web site we set the figure down the middle. I am sorry we do not have the infrastructure to charge different rates at the moment.

Ordered a small system for use on a boat, Arrived promptly. Some difficulty with set up as instructions were not clear, however customer services soon cleared up the confusion and system now in place and working adequately, we will review ongoing usage as time progresses

The equipment supplied is very good, My windows and doors do not fit flush with the surrounds and on querying how to fit the door and window sensors was told to fit a spacer, which would be ok if you supplied the spacers.

Looks good and easy to set up but keypad will set alarm inside the house but not unset it. I have to take the keypad outdoors before it will unset the alarm

I have been a customer for many years and have always been very satisfied with the products. I recently ordered a replacement sensor for my wireless security system and it was necessary to re-establish my account. I was very surprised and disappointed to receive an e-mail regarding security online which printed very clearly my password. As I had used this password for many other websites, including online banking, I had to spend some time changing the password on these sites. Not so ultrasecure !

Thank you for the email, your password was always fully encrypted in the database, this was a personal email only to you, reminding you of the password you had chosen, however we can see many customers may not like this, therefore we have since removed the feature. Basically the intercom phones struggle through masonry - limited to 20m max.

I am sorry you have a problem with the Wireless Intercom, all of the Intercoms we sell are tested and advertised as results after 'clear line of sight' tests, we do not just rely of manufacturers claims as we always do our own tests. Wireless signals have to be tested this way, because there can be so many seen and unseen obstructions that may block a wireless signal, this could be unseen steel or electronics inside wall cavities, it can be local Wireless Transmission from devices such as TV, Broadband, Jammed (faulty) Wireless Electronics and many other factors, some that us the general public may not know about.
Because of this, we offer a clear 30-day money back to all customers, this gives them plenty of time to test the Intercom in their environment, if for any reason it doesn't work it can be sent back for a full refund providing it hasn't been damaged. It is impossible for us to know every eventuality in each installation, we apologize if this has caused you some inconvenience.

System was delivered very fast. Still not fully installed as yet but comments so far. No thought put into length of cable on panel trasformer (only approx. 1 metre long) options are to fit a socket higher up wall or extend cable so it will reach a practical height for the panel, it would cost almost nothing to supply with min 2 metre cable. I expect the same problem will be with alarm box transformer!!
Instructions are minimal in some cases do not cover all aspects of the equipment / installation. Overall product seems very good, pity about the minor irritations. will still use Ultra Secure again

Thank you for the honest review, the length of cable from the transformer is standard, although I do not disagree that we should ask the supplier to look at options about having a slightly longer one, I think the question would be how long should it be ?. As for the instructions we send out quick setup guide and our advice which we have made up, we also include the full A5 manual inside the box, together with actually pairing all the sensors to the panel for you before dispatching. We would appreciate your comments to what more we should have done for you, which will help us look into the future.
