Products easy to find on the site. Configuration on a case-by-case basis. Reactive customer service. A progress to be made is the remote control of the camping alarm which needs to be insisted upon to activate and deactivate. Customer service explained to me how to fix this small issue.

The item came with the wrong instructions. I've just put the item aside and let it. The ring alarm sounds so cheap.

Good Morning Sir, Many thanks for your feedback, Although we do prepare many of our systems prior to sending out to customers, We do try to ensure that all our systems are sent with specific instructions, your system should have had a set of receiver instructions and door contact installation instructions/pictures included and we do apologies if this was missing. The receiver does have a choice of 32 different sounds available, and hopefully you will be able to find a tune that suits, if however, you are not satisfied with the product, please do return it to us and we will process a refund accordingly. Good morning Paul, Many thanks for your review and we are sorry that this did not match your customers requirements. I can see from the order details that you had the DA600 door alert with flashing strobe system, and although the receiver does have adjustable volume, it may not be loud enough in a noisy environment but it would be possible to connect a buzzer or siren to the receiver (similar to the flashing strobe). Help before I bought the product was superb. The product itself is fantastic and does what I hoped it woild do.
However the written instructions that came with it, could be improved. The writing was too small so very hard to read. Also there was a sheet wth another unrelated product that confused me.
I had a little trouble setting up the alarm and understanding it so phoned for help. The pjone wasn't answered and after a day or two I got a personal email with detailed instructions.which I followed successfully. I was hopo g for a phone call but it didn't happen.

Garage alarm, with repeater.
Reasonably okay for the price, But
PIR sensor only works for up to 2m, so had no option other than to install covering the doorway -shed is 5m x 5 m.
Assembly sketches don't reflect the actual appearance of the step main bits of kit. As a result it took me some time to figure out that the pieces had to be paired locating the pairing buttons was a pain, but got there in the end.

I had a problem with a newly purchased security camera. It now transpires it is a problem with my Android phone and not the camrea at all. Ultrasecure sent a video to help me set the camera up but with the phone problem they offered a full refund. They cannot be faulted both in personal contact or service. Roy.

I found the instructions for installation of my purchase both confusing and difficult to understand

We have tried to update many of our instruction manuals and set up guides to make the process easier (if possible, we do try to program kits and systems up for customers prior to despatch if we know the set up requirements), using QR codes, pictures and videos as well as re-writing some manuals and frequently asked questions sections on our Technical help pages on our website. The range is shorter than claimed. The default sound needs to be dog barking but it is door bell. So if the electricity is briefly off when away, it will go back to door bell and defeat the purpose. The dog sound is okay

Dear Sir Many thanks for your review and sorry to hear that the product does not seem to achieve the range as advertised. With these units, there is an option to change the sensitivity settings. Positioning of the unit can also be key to achieving range and hopefully we will be able to advise or give you some pointers if you are uncertain on best set up scenarios. Unfortunately the default alarm/warning chime is not the dog bark and we will pass your comments onto the manufacturer. Overall satisfied with the Ultracom 2 intercom kit: product quality, range efficiency, aesthetics, ease of installation, French manuals, and videos on the site. The only downside: the handset is a bit impractical for communication because you have to press the side button to talk and release it to listen (like a walkie-talkie), not great!

I've bought numerous bollards from you. And this time I purchased 2 and they weee sent to the wrong address and luckily I located them myself but, I also lost out on lj eg as the day I was supposed to fit them had passed. And I had to give a discount.

The problem here is not with Ultrascape, but the service offered by DPD who tried and failed to follow good delivery instructions, and failed miserably, because if they are not delivering to someone's house, they haven't got a damn clue.

Impeccable package, easy to use. Perfect phone reception. Self-adhesive labels are not great as they need to be applied from the inside and I worry about the caravan windows which are plexiglass. Risk of amalgamation with heat. So disappointed on that side. We are looking for other labels, so not cool.
