The material is of excellent quality and the delivery arrived faster than expected. The only problem with the intercom is that the 4 batteries need to be changed every three days. So it doesn't work and I will have to call an electrician.

What you explain here is true for our individual intercom with 1 button (UltraCOM SOLO), but not for the collective 4 buttons (UltraCOM MULTI). Perhaps the confusion comes from a mix-up? We try to provide as much information as possible in our product sheets, they are really very detailed. Excerpts from the product sheet of your order: "The street panel is powered by a 12 V transformer (optional) or any other power supply (gate motor, solar panel, ...). A battery compartment (provided) allows you to create a backup power supply in case of a power outage for example." "IMPORTANT No 12v power supply is provided with this kit, you need to provide a 12v DC supply for the panel to work!" But I'm sorry if this was not clear enough for your professional. This is also why we offer 30 days to return the device for a refund, to avoid any misunderstanding or dissatisfaction.
