I found the attachment between the PIR sensor and the wall bracket to be very weak. you only have a very small screw to assemble these two items together. other than that the alarm is working fine.

Response from Ultra Secure (ultrasecuredirect.com) Published on 12/04/2019

Thank you for the feedback, we will take your comments on board, we are pleased the Alarm is working for you in general.

I bought an alarm kit ref. F007-0311.00 with an additional remote control and 1 door detector F007-0260-00. For information, I have Vincent, the sales manager. SUPER in every way, well advised, very patient, courteous, and I placed an order with him over the phone and received it a few days later. I took about 20 to 30 minutes to install everything (in a garage). Perfect, everything is programmed from the house 'Ultra Secure'. I recommend 100%. Guy
