The technical advice and service was superb. The order arrived very quickly it was well packed and the sensors preprogrammed . My one comment concerns the instruction booklet which could have been written in more clear English .

Because of the service I had with Ultrasecure they have sent one unit to the same surname as me to St. Austell and another to the same first name as me to Truro within three days. Need I say anymore?

Prompt delivery and goods seem to be of good quality, although obviously made abroad (China?) as the instruction leaflets were not in fluent English. Only just purchased and installed the alarm, but happy so far.

Very navigable site. Service excellent. I inadvertently ordered a wrong fitting (my fault) and emailed them instantly. The order was changed without quibble and despatched very promptly with a cheery return message. Arrived on schedule. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.
