But knowing that the remote control problem was known at Securite Marché, I would have hoped for a free replacement with their new remote control, having purchased the alarm system in March. This justifies my three stars.

We did indeed offer to replace the remote control with the same one, at no cost, under the warranty.
We wanted to go further and thought that offering you the exchange of your March remote control for the new remote control and only paying the difference was rather advantageous and satisfying for you, sorry if you did not perceive it this way.

Instruction sheets are confusing and lacking in important information. Equipment not value for money. Low battery indicator would be nice. Technical staff were helpful but if the instructions were better there would be no need to keep contacting them. I was planning on building a system over time with them and advising others in need of rural security to do so but feel unable to recommend Ultrasecure at this time. The equipment is expensive for the sheer lack of modern sophistication. The receiver loudspeaker is very poor and the technology appears to date from the 60"s

Having equipped my gate with a remote intercom far from my house, I initially opted for a long-range device. The layout of the premises did not allow the device to function, and returning the product posed no problem. A few weeks later, the salesperson offered me a new GSM intercom solution. I chose this solution. The shipments are fast and of quality. The GSM intercom works perfectly (via a free SIM card at 2€). The configuration must be done by SMS (note forgotten in the manual. I realized this when returning to the site). The wires of the device are very short. It is preferable to install it on a thin false wall where the connections will not pose a problem. But I note the seriousness of the customer service and the expertise of Sécurité Marché. I recommend.
