Bought 2 sim cards over the last couple of months 1 for a system in the UK and 1 for a system in Spain. Both work fine, good instructions that are logical and easy to follow. These cards are 'multi-sized' so fit different mounts. Fast delivery.

Happy with alarm purchased only problem was power supply had red sleeve on negative wire lucky I checked. They would have exchanged it had I wanted to. Had I connected it as it was and blown alarm would they have believed it was not my fault.. Apart from that I am happy with alarm and fast delivery.

Nice responsiveness regarding the problem..
But knowing that the remote control problem was known at Securite Marché, I would have hoped for a free replacement with their new remote control, having purchased the alarm system in March. This justifies my three stars.

Response from Ultra Secure (ultrasecuredirect.com) Published on 14/11/2018

Hello,

We did indeed offer to replace the remote control with the same one, at no cost, under the warranty.
We wanted to go further and thought that offering you the exchange of your March remote control for the new remote control and only paying the difference was rather advantageous and satisfying for you, sorry if you did not perceive it this way.

Hoping to maintain your trust in the future.

Best regards,
Christopher
