Unreliable material. Difficult to insert the key into the hoop.

Thank you for your response.
I understand, this type of material is not easy to repair once installed. But very honestly, just try a little penetrating oil, I am sure it will solve the problem.
Best regards,

Did not receive a response to my question.
Disappointed not to have received a mount for my external siren to put it on the wall.

Response from Ultra Secure (ultrasecuredirect.com)
Hello,
I do not understand because your email of January 17 was indeed answered the next day, you even confirmed receipt of this response... Did you send another email? I see nothing since that last message.
Regarding the external siren, there are no special mounts, just screw it to the wall.
Moreover, all product sheets on our site clearly indicate what is included or not, so no surprises at this level.
However, we remain at your complete disposal for any other questions you may have, our service is recognized for that.
Best regards,
Christopher

I bought a simple alarm/door alert system.
They are a great company, they take the time to test and set up the gear before sending it out. I bought another later for another of my properties from them.

I bought a stand-alone wireless room alarm along with an additional siren. The website was very easy to navigate, communication was simply first class and the product arrived in recored time. If all this was not good enough the alarm, siren and remote had all been pre-programmed and were immediately ready for use as soon as the supplied (yes, supplied!) batteries were installed.
This is the sort of shopping experience that you long for but rarely, if ever, get. Thank you UltraSecure you have well-earned this review. Regards, Brian

It was very easy to order from ultra secure. The item was dispatched quickly and delivery was no issue.
Now looking around I could have saved a few pounds buying the items from different suppliers but I did not have the confidence that should I have an issue with the item that I would be able to get it sorted out.
But with Ultra Secure I felt confident that if I had any issues setting the item up or after installation I would have been able to contact them and they would have been able to assist in getting it up and running, so the extra few pounds spent was well worth it for the after sales support.

Dear Customer
We are sorry for this oversight, the email came in late in the afternoon after the admin office was closed, my colleague had meant to review this the following morning and to be totally honest he forgot, we really apologize. You are 3 x AA batteries short, do you want us to send you three in the post or would you prefer a credit for 3 x AA batteries. Please let us know what suits you.
