At first, I found the site a bit randomly after a burglary, comparing products in supermarkets without much information, and after a phone call to customer service, I composed my alarm as I wanted with the video demonstration on the site. Fast shipping, everything was compliant, functional right away, and future element extensions are possible... Really happy to have found this site... Battery change after 10 months with daily use, but it's worth it.... And in terms of decibels, it's really intense when it goes off.....

Good Morning Sir, Many thanks for your feedback, Although we do prepare many of our systems prior to sending out to customers, We do try to ensure that all our systems are sent with specific instructions, your system should have had a set of receiver instructions and door contact installation instructions/pictures included and we do apologies if this was missing. If you could drop us an email into [email protected], we will be happy to send these over to you. The receiver does have a choice of 32 different sounds available, and hopefully you will be able to find a tune that suits, if however, you are not satisfied with the product, please do return it to us and we will process a refund accordingly. I purchased 3 Power Failure torch/ Emergency Lights for my holiday let flats. Ordering was easy and they were delivered with in a few days. We turn the night light and motion sensor off so it is only an emergency power fail light.
Ideal for use in a holiday let to meet new fire regulations. Light is plenty bright enough for the purpose and can be turned into a torch. No annoying green light like some emergency lights when charging which is good.
I would recommend this emergency light to other holiday flat hosts and to the the general public.
