I found the exact bollards I was looking for on their site at about half the price I'd found elsewhere. From the moment I ordered to taking delivery, it took about 23 hours at no extra cost! I'd highly recommend ultrasecuredirect

My first order was delivered on time and of good quality . Unfortunately I had to return it as it wasn't quite right for my requirement . My fault , not the product .
The return / refund was dealt with effectively and without fuss . That made me feel confident in using Ultrasecure again , which I did for an entirely different product .

Good morning Paul, Many thanks for your review and we are sorry that this did not match your customers requirements. I can see from the order details that you had the DA600 door alert with flashing strobe system, and although the receiver does have adjustable volume, it may not be loud enough in a noisy environment but it would be possible to connect a buzzer or siren to the receiver (similar to the flashing strobe). Please do contact us by email should you require any further assistance with setting the system up in this way. Alternatively, please return the units to us and we will process a refund accordingly. Looking for a specific proximity alarm I telephoned Ultrasecure. Given good advice and an item number to look for on their website. Ordered Monday and received Tuesday, the alarm works perfectly and was so easy to install - just what I was after. Ultrascure's adivce and assistance was second to none. Highly recomended. GVB
