Very good product, quite simple to install and anyway the technical support is top and knows its material well, just a little thing there could be a little warning sticker to stick on the door (like the competition) with the alarm! Otherwise top service and equipment.

Hello, Your alarm dating from 2018, it is true that the remote control may have suffered blows (keys, coins, etc.) that can deteriorate it. After a few years of use, the other explanation that could make sense following your detail "connection problem" is simply a dead battery. Had you tried to replace it? No, precisely the remote control I put in a pocket of my jacket without anything with it is at the level of pressing the close or deactivate button the red light blinks from time to time I have changed the batteries several times, already a hassle it is better than the first model, otherwise overall I am very satisfied with my purchases. I hope this one will last and work.

Dear Sir Thank you for the review, having checked your order we notice that you ordered without adding a SIM Card, there are three options when adding to cart, 1) No SIM Card, 2) 20 Plan SIM Card, 3) 50 Plan SIM Card. We are sorry you did not see this or the information within the text content about choosing a SIM Card, we would welcome your opinion of what extra information you would advise we could do to prevent other customers overlooking the fact. We could default the listing to add a SIM Card but we feel this would be unfair to customers wanting to supply their own. Your advice is welcome, we look forward to your reply Regards Mark
